The usual $300 setup fee is waived for my first three clients. Instant text replies need a one-time business texting registration with the phone carriers, which takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Email alerts work from day one.
Questions owners usually ask
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
Do I keep my domain, email and phone number?
Yes. Your new site goes live on your existing domain, and your business email and phone number don't change. If you ever leave, the domain stays yours.
What happens to my current website?
It's replaced by the new one when you're ready. Nothing changes until you approve the new site.
What do you need from me?
Usually just a few minutes: confirm your phone number, tell me where new requests should go, and point out anything you'd like changed. I handle the rest, including the technical setup.
How does billing work?
You pay monthly by card through Stripe's secure checkout. You'll get a receipt each month, and billing starts once your site is live.
Can I make changes later?
Anytime. Send an email with what you'd like changed, like new photos, prices, services or seasonal specials, and it's usually done the same day.
